Ebenezer Medical Outreach

Approximately 27 medical providers donate 325 hours per month to provide quality care to our patients. Primary Care, Minor Surgery, Orthopedics, and Women’s Health are all provided at no charge. If the agency’s providers are unable to meet a medical need posed by one of the patients, the EMO refers the patient to the appropriate source at little to no cost to the patient.

Community Health Assessment to Racial and Ethnic Minorities

The Marshall University Division of Family and Community Health and its partners are administering this community health assessment to racial and ethnic minorities in West Virginia.

The purpose of this survey is to get communities’ opinions about community health needs where they live. We will provide community-health needs profiles to community-based organizations, health care facilities, and other organizations to help improve services, enhance communication with community members, and better address the health needs of minority communities in West Virginia.
