Volunteer Requirements
- Must be 18 years old or older. If not, must have a guardian on the application
- Must be able to read, write, and speak in English
- Must be willing to take drug screening tests and background checks
- Must have current up-to-date immunization/vaccination records
- Must complete the volunteer application form
- Must submit appropriate supplemental documents depending on the volunteer position (i.e. a copy of the medical license as a physician)
